About the game
Balloon Voyage is a calm flying puzzle. A red panda pilots a striped hot-air balloon across farmland, rivers and villages toward a festival ring. There is no steering wheel: the burner only takes you up and the vent only takes you down. The wind does the rest.
Every height band has its own wind, shown by the arrows on the altitude gauge and by the streaks drifting over the map. To reach the ring you climb into the band that blows your way, then switch bands when the course needs to bend. A dashed line with a cross shows where you would come down if you vented now, so landing is about waiting for the cross to slide into the ring. Fuel is limited and refills from floating cans. Later voyages add mountain peaks you must fly over, storm clouds sitting in one band and winds that slowly turn. Stars depend on how much fuel is left when you touch down.
