About the game
Draft Kingdom is a bite-sized card draft for one player against an animal rival. Each age you both get a hand of eight cards. You keep one, the rival keeps one, and then you swap hands, again and again until every card is gone. Farms feed your mills, markets grow in value as a set, castles need a knight each, fairs come in pairs and crowns reward castles. At the end of every age the player with more farms and the one with more knights earn a bonus.
The catch is that drafting is a two-way street. Every card shows a blue number for what it is worth to you and a red number for what it would be worth to the rival, because whatever you pass, they get. Sometimes the best move is to take a card you barely need just to deny it. Six rivals, from a careless mouse to a lion who denies everything.
