About the game
Drag Shift is a quarter-mile showdown against twenty-five street racers. Watch the lights: tap GO the moment the bottom one turns green, but go early and it is a false start. Then race the needle. Every gear has a green band near the top of the rev counter, and shifting there keeps the power flowing. Shift early and you bog down, shift late and you bounce off the limiter.
The nitro is the twist. You get one shot per race, and it hits hardest after your third shift, when a purple sweet-spot zone lights up on the gauge. Fire it there for a full boost; fire it in the low gears and the tyres just spin. Winning pays cash for engine, tyre, gearbox and nitro upgrades, and you can rematch any beaten rival.
