About the game
Echo Notes is a memory game you can hum along to. Echo, a little singing star, sits in the middle of eight glowing pads that play the notes of a scale. Each round Echo sings a short phrase and lights the pads as it goes, then it is your turn to play the same notes back. Every round adds one more note, and the tempo rises.
The notes are not random. They follow real old melodies like Twinkle Twinkle, Ode to Joy and Frère Jacques, so your ear helps your memory, and every finished tune goes into your songbook. Every fifth round is a harmony round: Echo sings two voices in turn, the tune on sun pads and a lower harmony under moon rings, and you repeat both in order. A wrong note costs a heart and Echo plays the round again.
