About the game
Elephant Chess is Xiangqi, the chess played in parks and teahouses across China, on its full board with a river across the middle and a palace on each side. You play Red against an AI that comes in easy, normal and hard. Tap a piece and every legal move appears as a dot, so the unusual rules teach themselves: elephants never cross the river, advisors stay in the palace and the two generals may never face each other.
The hardest part for new players is seeing attacks coming, so red threat lines point at every piece of yours that is under fire. A cannon line rings the piece it jumps over, and a horse line bends through the square that could block it. Use UNDO and HINT freely.
