About the game
Factor Tree turns prime factors into a race against a growing tree. A number sits at the top of the trunk. Tap a prime that divides it, like 2 for 12, and the 2 sprouts on a branch while 6 stays on top. Keep splitting until nothing is left, and the next number arrives. Tap a prime that does not fit and the tree shoots up.
Every prime you split off becomes a fruit. When it turns red, pick it: the tree stops growing for a moment and your taps score double. Wait too long and it rots. Thirty levels add 5, 7, 11 and 13, bigger numbers and a faster tree, and your stars depend on how low you keep it. It is good practice for times tables and divisibility.
