About the game
Kite Flyer is an endless stroll through a windy meadow with a kite on a string. Hold to pull the line and the kite climbs on the wind; let go and it drifts back down. Steer it around trees, flocks of birds and the ground while you catch ribbons floating in the sky. Gusts, downdrafts and calm spells are shown by the wind sock and streaks, so you can get ready.
The twist is the string itself. Let out more line to reach higher, but long lines swing in wide, slow arcs and a low kite drags near the treetops. Reel in fast and the kite gets extra lift, the same trick real flyers use when the wind dies. Other kids fly kites too, and touching one tangles you, so tap fast to break free. Ribbons unlock six kite designs.
