About the game
Nectar Hover is a gentle arcade game about the hardest part of being a hummingbird: staying still in mid-air. Every tap is a single wing flap that nudges your bird toward the spot you touched. Tap far away for a strong flap, close by for a tiny correction. Each flower opens a glowing sweet spot at its mouth, and nectar only flows while your beak is inside it and you are almost motionless.
That is the catch. Every flap adds speed, and speed stops the drinking, so the best players arrive, brake and then flap as little as possible while the bird slowly sinks. Later gardens add wind gusts, swaying flowers, busy bees and rain showers that push you out of position. Each garden has a set of flowers to finish, and a flower that closes before you are done costs a petal. Keep all three petals for three stars.
