Owl Watch

About the game
Owl Watch is a calm-looking game that gets tense fast. A little owl in a night-watch cap sits on the barn roof, and across the moonlit field mice, quick scouts in bandanas, chubby hamsters and sly raccoons creep toward the grain. Whatever the owl stares at freezes on the spot, and if the owl keeps staring, the thief is caught and runs home empty-handed.
The catch is that the owl's gaze is a narrow beam and turning its head takes time. While you hold one mouse still, the others keep sneaking, so every night is a juggle of who to watch next. Three grain sacks sit by the barn door and each thief that slips past the yard fence takes one; keep all three for three stars. Twenty-five nights add more thieves, faster runners, pairs from opposite hedges and clouds that dim the moon.
