About the game
Secret Word is a gentle guessing game in the spirit of the classic letter game, with balloons instead of anything grim. A little wicker basket floats under seven bright balloons. Guess a letter: if it is in the word, every copy lights up in its slot; if not, one balloon pops. Find the whole word and the basket lifts away to the next one. Lose every balloon and the level is over. Each level asks for three words from one theme, such as animals, food, space, music or the ocean, and the thirty levels climb from short four-letter words to long ones like BASKETBALL.
The twist is the cloud. You do not know the theme at first, but when you are down to your last two balloons, the cloud opens and shows the theme and a picture clue. Earn three stars by missing three letters or fewer across a whole level. Words are English and picked at random from each pool, so replays change.
