About the game
Ski Resort is a small tycoon game on one big mountain. Each season starts with an empty slope and some savings. Buy chairlifts to the middle station, the shoulder and the peak, open green, blue and black runs, and add lodges at the base. Then tap SKI DAY and watch the skiers queue, ride up and swoop down. Beginners want green runs, regulars want blue and experts want black; long lift queues and missing runs make them grumpy, and your rating decides how many come back tomorrow.
The twist is the snow. A five-day forecast shows snowfall, cloud, sunshine and warm spells, and every run needs enough snow to stay open: green 20 cm, blue 30, black 45. When the snow gets thin, switch on a run's snowmaker to keep it skiable, but each one costs money every day it runs. Twenty-five seasons get longer and warmer.
