About the game
Star Checkers is the classic marble race on a six-pointed star. Your red marbles start in the bottom point and must all reach the top point, while an animal rival sends its blue marbles the other way. Each turn you either step one hole or hop over a marble into the empty hole behind it, and you can keep hopping as long as there is something to jump. Fill the far point first to win.
The secret of the game is the chain hop, and this version shows it to you. Tap a marble and every hole it can reach lights up; chains show how many hops they take, the longest gain glows gold, and its path is drawn as dotted arcs so you can see the ladder you are about to climb. Six rivals on two board sizes, from a pebble frog to a comet tiger that looks a move ahead.
