About the game
Tile Turn is a calm edge-matching puzzle set in a sunny courtyard. Each glazed tile is split into four coloured wedges, one per side, and a beaver tiler in a hard hat wants every pair of touching sides to match. Tap a tile to give it a quarter turn, or drag it onto another tile to swap the two. Every colour also has its own little motif, so you can match by shape too.
The twist is the grey stone rim around the board. Every outer side must be grey to meet it, and only corner and edge tiles have grey wedges, so each mosaic starts at the corners and the rim. Bolted tiles never move, and pinned tiles sit in the right spot but may still need a turn. Twenty-four mosaics grow from a 3 by 3 starter to a 5 by 6 courtyard, every turn or swap costs a move, and a neat solve earns three stars.
