About the game
Buzz Wire brings the old fairground test of nerves to your screen. A raccoon holds a wand with a brass ring, and a copper wire twists from the buzzer box all the way up to the finish bell. Slide the ring along without letting the wire touch it. One touch and the buzzer goes off, the lights flash red and you lose one of your three hearts.
The wire is split into sections by blue beads, and at every bead the ring gets a little smaller, so the last stretch is always the tightest. Speed is the other choice you make: moving fast earns a speed bonus and fills the star meter, but a fast ring starts to wobble from side to side. Twenty wires bring sharper zigzags, tighter waves and smaller rings.
