About the game
Pill Doctor is a falling capsule puzzle set in a glass jar full of cheeky germs. Each capsule has two coloured halves. Slide it, turn it and drop it so that four or more of one colour line up in a row or a column, counting the germs themselves. Matched pieces vanish, loose halves tumble down, and a lucky tumble can set off a combo. Clear every germ to cure the jar.
The twist is that the germs dance. They bop along to the music, and when only a few remain the song speeds up into FEVER. Capsules fall faster and the last germs start side-stepping to the beat, so you have to read their rhythm and catch them mid-step. Thirty levels add more germs and faster drops. Stars reward few capsules and at least one combo.
