About the game
Creek Crossing is an endless hopper about a little frog heading upstream. Each row is a meadow, a cart road or a creek. Carts and wheelbarrows roll across the roads, and the creeks are crossed on drifting logs or still lily pads. Keep moving, because the screen slowly climbs and a stork snaps up any frog that lags behind.
The twist is that logs sink if you stand on one for about two seconds. They creak, crack and bubble first, so every creek becomes a quick hop, wait, hop rhythm, with lily pads as the only safe rest. You get three hearts per run, and the first slip is forgiven early on. Every 25 rows a new stage starts with faster traffic and quicker logs. Flies caught on the grass buy new frogs, and missions pay extra.
