About the game
Auction House is a ten day bidding war against three collectors: Lady Swan, Sir Toad and Mr Walrus. Each day three lots come up. You only see an appraisal range, and the true value appears when the hammer falls, so a bargain can turn out to be a clever fake. Vases, clocks, paintings and stamps pay extra when you collect them: two of a set are worth a bonus, all four a big one.
Every collector secretly loves one set and will happily overpay for it. You can spot it in their eyes: they sparkle and lean in when a favourite lot appears. Let them spend their coins, then grab the lots nobody wants. A small goal each day earns bonus coins. Finish with the highest worth to win.
