About the game
Billiards 8 is eight-ball pool played by the real rules. Break from behind the line, then the table stays open until someone legally pockets a ball and claims solids or stripes. Hit the wrong ball first, miss everything, scratch the cue ball or fail to reach a cushion, and your rival gets ball in hand anywhere. Clear your group, call a pocket and sink the 8 to win. Sink it early or in the wrong pocket and you lose.
The GUIDE button is there for beginners: it shows a ghost cue ball where it will touch, the line the object ball will take and where the cue ball goes next. Turn it off once you can judge cuts: those pots score double. Add follow, draw or side spin with the cue-ball dial, and climb from Rookie Ray to Shark Lee.
