A little fox walks home through a valley that exists twice, once by day and once by night. Sun planks are only shadows at night and moonstones are only shadows by day, so swap worlds to cross. But you can only swap while standing on something in both.

About the game
Day Night Swap is a cozy puzzle platformer about a fox in a sun hat walking home through a valley that exists twice. By day, golden sun planks make bridges and walls. By night, those are gone and moonstone blocks appear instead. Each world shows the other one's blocks as faint shadows, so you can always see where you would land.
The catch is the swap itself. You can only change worlds while standing on something that is there in both: plain stone, or the seam where a sun plank meets a moonstone. Swap in mid-air or on a shadow and nothing happens. Twenty-four levels add thorns that only grow by day, ice shards that only form at night, mushroom springs, bees and bats, and three gems per level earn stars.
