About the game
Tide Crab is a quick beach dash about reading the sea. Pinch the crab can only run sideways, carries one shell in each claw and must bring them back to the crevice in its rock. Every wave that rolls in can knock Pinch over and wash the shells away. Three soakings and the day is over.
The sea has a rhythm. Waves always arrive in sets of three: a small one, a medium one and a big one that reaches almost to the rock. After the big one comes a long calm, the only safe time to run all the way to the water's edge, where a rare pearl waits. Watch the wave meter, hop short during a set, hide for the third wave and then sprint. The 25 days bring faster waves, seaweed that slows you and gulls that snatch a shell.
