About the game
Times Garden turns the multiplication tables into a small garden bed. Every question is a fact such as 7 × 8, and you type the answer on a big keypad that checks itself as soon as you have typed enough digits. A right answer plants a bright flower. A wrong answer, or one that runs out of time, sprouts a weed labelled with the fact you missed, so the bed shows exactly what still needs work. Three weeds standing at once end the round.
The twist is spaced repetition. A missed fact comes back two to four questions later, marked Again, and if you get it right that time its weed is pulled and a flower grows in its place. The game also remembers which facts you miss between visits and asks those more often. Thirty levels bring in the tables in small groups, 2, 5 and 10 first, then 3 and 4, 6 and 7, 8 and 9, 11 and 12, with mixed reviews in between, and from level 21 some questions hide a factor instead (7 × ? = 56). The hint button shows a trick for the current table, such as doubling three times for ×8.
