About the game
Vineyard squeezes a whole year on a sunny hillside into a couple of minutes. In spring you prune the vines for better grapes and plant empty plots. Through summer the clusters swell and colour, and in autumn every vine ripens at its own pace: pick each one when its ripeness dot sits in the golden band, not too early and not too late. Press the grapes into barrels, let them age in the cellar and sell them in winter, ideally when the wine market price jumps.
The weather is the twist. Frost, hail, heatwaves and harvest rain arrive with a short countdown, and you must decide on the spot: pay to protect every vine at once, or save your coins and tap the vines one by one before time runs out. Twenty-five years bring more storms, shorter warnings and more empty plots.
