About the game
Cave Corral is a shading logic puzzle based on Cave. You build rock walls inside a square grid to carve out one cave. Three rules shape it: every open cell must connect into a single cave, every rock must link to the outside edge through other rock so no boulder floats alone in the middle, and every number, which always sits inside the cave, tells how many open cells it can see looking straight up, down, left and right, counting itself, until rock blocks the view. Big numbers want long open corridors; small numbers want walls close by.
The twist is a lantern. Tap any number and beams of light shoot out in four directions until they hit rock, with a live count like 5 / 7 that turns green when the view is exactly right. Two small icons at the bottom tell you whether the cave is one space and whether every wall reaches the edge. Thirty puzzles grow from 4x4 to 8x8, each with one answer. Hints fix a wrong cell or decide the most constrained one.
