About the game
Chomp is a famous little game from the 1970s that needs nothing but a chocolate bar. You and an animal rival take turns biting. A bite eats the square you pick plus every square above it and to its right, so the bar shrinks toward the bottom-left corner. That corner is a hot chili. Whoever is left with nothing but the chili has to eat it and loses.
The bar changes shape every level: thin lines, two-row bars, squares, L shapes, staircases and broken bars with missing squares. On the first small bars an owl coach points at the winning bite and cheers or gasps at yours, teaching tricks that really work, like turning a square into an even L and then copying your rival. Six rivals bring six flavours over 24 levels, each one more careful than the last.
