About the game
Creek Corners is a shading logic puzzle based on Creek. The clues sit on the corners of the grid instead of inside the cells: each number tells how many of the up to four cells around that corner are rocks. A 4 means a ring of rocks, a 0 means open water all around. The second rule is what makes it interesting: every cell that is not a rock must connect to the others, so the water forms one single creek that winds through the meadow. Thirty puzzles grow from little 4x4 meadows to 8x8 valleys, and each has exactly one answer.
The twist is live water. Open cells fill with blue, and the main creek ripples gently. The moment a rock cuts a pocket of water off, that pocket turns into a still grey pond and a counter shows how many separate bodies of water you have. Clue circles glow green when finished and red when broken, so mistakes are easy to spot. Hints fix a wrong cell or settle the most constrained one.
