About the game
Puffer Drift is a one-touch swim through a living reef. Pip the pufferfish drifts forward on the current, and your only control is how much air Pip holds. Hold to puff up and Pip floats toward the surface. Let go and Pip shrinks back down and sinks.
The catch is size. Puffed up, Pip is three times wider, and the coral tunnels that wind down through the reef are narrower than that. To get through you have to enter high, let go and glide down the slope small, while rising climbs ask the opposite. Scrape the coral three times and the dive ends. Each of the 25 dives is longer and tighter, with jellyfish from dive 5 and strong currents from dive 12, across a sunny reef, a kelp forest at dusk and a glowing deep. Stars come from the plankton you eat.
