About the game
Spin Bowler is a short cricket game about outthinking the batter. You are a fox who bowls spin. Drag on the pitch to choose where the ball lands, pick a spin that turns it left, right or not at all, and let go. A dotted path shows the bounce and the turn, so you can aim it at the stumps. Take every wicket before the batting side reaches its target.
Two things keep changing. Each batter remembers your last few balls: bowl the same thing again and the eye above his head lights up and he starts hitting you, so mix the spin, the length and the line. And the pitch wears with every ball. Cracks and rough patches appear, the grip gauge climbs and the ball turns more and more, so the aim that hit the stumps early sails past them later. Twenty-four matches on a village green, a county ground and a stadium under lights bring longer line-ups and sharper batters.
