About the game
Tail Drop is a sneaky little platformer about a gecko crossing a house full of cats. Run along counters, hop between shelves and climb straight up cabinets, bookcases and crates to reach the hole in the wall on the far side of each room. Walking cats pounce on anything they see, sleeping cats wake up if you hang around them, and some cats sit on top of a wall and swat at whatever climbs past.
When a paw grabs you, drop your tail to wriggle free. The wiggling tail keeps that cat busy for a moment, but it was also your grip: until it grows back, you slide down every wall you try to climb. Find a quiet spot to wait, or snap up a buzzing fly to regrow it at once. Twenty rooms lead from the kitchen up to the attic, and every heart you keep is a star.
