About the game
Samurai Parry is a timing game set in a moonlit dojo yard. Foes step in from the top, bottom, left and right, and each one winds up before striking. A golden ring closes around the attacker and flashes at the exact moment of the blow. Tap that side of the screen, swipe toward it or press the matching arrow right on the flash to parry and cut them down. Too early and you lose your balance; too late and you take a hit.
Perfect parries fill your focus meter. When it is full, tap the samurai to slow the world down for a few seconds, which also doubles your points. Later waves mix in archers, quick ninjas, brutes that strike twice and tricksters with fake glints. Clearing a wave restores a heart, and high scores earn new belt colors.
