About the game
Turf Walls is a calm logic puzzle set on a sunny farm. The field is a grid, and a few sheep, pigs, cows and chicks are standing in it. Your job is to fence the whole field into rectangular pens so that every pen holds exactly one animal. The number on each animal is the clue: it counts how many of the four sides of that animal's own square are fences, with the outer edge of the farm counting as a fence.
That little rule does a lot. A 4 means the animal sits alone in a one-square pen, a 2 usually means a corner, and a 0 means the animal is somewhere in the middle of a big pen. Because neighbouring pens share fences, each answer shapes the ones around it. The fences of a pen glow gold around the animal's square when its count is right. There are 25 farms from 4x4 to 9x9, every one with a single solution. You have a fence budget per farm, and stars reward solving without hints in few moves.
