About the game
Liar's Dice is the classic tavern bluffing game, played at a lantern-lit table below deck. Everyone shakes five dice under a cup and peeks only at their own. Then you take turns bidding on all the dice on the table, like seven fours. Each bid must go higher, until someone thinks it went too far and shouts LIAR! The cups lift and the dice are counted. Whoever was wrong loses a die. Lose them all and you are out.
Ones are wild and count as any face, until somebody bids ones; then the wilds are off for the rest of the round. Polly the parrot loves a bold bluff, Pinch the crab calls early and Inky the octopus plays the odds. Pick an easy, normal or hard table and try to be the last pirate with dice.
