About the game
Off the Edge is a quick two-player strategy race on a small parking-lot board. Your blue cars start along the bottom and want to leave over the top edge. The rival's red cars start on the left and want to leave over the right edge. Each turn you move one car a single square forward or sideways, never backwards, and nobody can capture anybody.
That makes blocking the whole game. A car parked right in front of a rival car stalls it, and a player who has no legal move has to pass. The fastest racer often loses to the player who parks at the right moment. Eight animal rivals wait on the ladder, from a careless bunny on a 4 by 4 board to a bear who plans four moves ahead on 6 by 6. Stars count how many rival cars are still stuck when you finish.
