About the game
Stone Arch is a physics building game about the oldest bridge trick there is. A beaver mason drives a little rail crane over the river, and every wedge stone hangs from its rope like a pendulum. Drag to move the crane, let go over the glowing slot, and the stone is lowered onto the wooden frame. Let it go while it is still swinging and it lands at a crooked angle.
That matters when you pull the frame out. A good arch stands on its own and the bear can push the vegetable cart across, but a single stone at a bad angle makes the whole arch slip into the river. The keystone at the top needs the tightest fit and locks everything below it, so fixing a bad stone means lifting the keystone first. Twenty-four bridges bring wider and flatter arches, livelier ropes, wind gusts and crooked stones you should toss.
