About the game
Auto Squad is a bite-sized auto-battler. Each round you get gold, buy units from a five-card shop and place them on a small three-by-four field. Then you press FIGHT and the battle plays out by itself against an enemy squad. Three copies of the same unit merge into a stronger two-star unit, and fielding different knights, rangers, mages or beasts switches on tribe bonuses.
What makes it tick is the front line. Attackers always strike the nearest row first, sword fighters only swing while they stand at the front, bows reach from the second row and magic from the back. So where you put a unit matters as much as which unit you buy. Survive fifteen rounds and three boss fights to become champion, unlock commanders and try Hard mode.
